These bundles are currently priced for full-home and new construction inspections. Pre-purchase inspections fall under the same pricing, but also includes one re-inspection. That is a $125 value! Pricing Packages

Pricing is based on distance traveled & the type of inspection services sought.
Discount applied when you choose a package below! Any of our services can be ordered alone.

Bronze

This package includes a full-home inspection, pest, and rot inspection by a licensed state agricultural inspector, and a colored email report. Prices are based on square footage of your property.

Silver

Along with everything featured in the bronze package, this plan also offers a thermal scan of your home. Pricing for this package is also based on the square footage of your home.

Gold

Get everything you need this all-inclusive package. Along with all the services offered in the silver plan, you also will receive a radon test. Like the other bundles, exact pricing is dependent on the size of your home.

Premium

Get everything you need in this all-inclusive package. Along with all the services offered in the silver plan, you also will receive a radon test and sewer scopes. Like the other bundles, exact pricing is dependent on the size of your home.
